2024-01-31 - HOA Dues Deadline

The deadline for payment for the first half of 2024 HOA dues is today. We've built in a few days of grace period, but please get those payments processed to avoid paying any late fees!

2023-11-15 - 2023 Annual Meeting Materials

The 2023 Annual Meeting is coming up! On November 28th, the doors of the clubhouse will open at 6pm and the meeting shall commence at 6:15. 

As referenced in other communications about the meeting, please see the September Financials, 2024 Budget, and Proxy Form.

2023-08-17 - Pool Season Extension

Despite the brief tease earlier this week, it’s just too darn hot to close the pool for the season on Labor Day. To help beat the heat, the Board is excited to announce that we’ll be keeping the pool open throughout the entire month of September!

After Labor Day (September 4th), the pool will be closed Monday through Thursday, but will reopen 8am to 8pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 8am to 9am each day will be reserved for senior swim participants. The pool will close for the season at 8pm on October 1st.

Our ability to extend the pool season is almost entirely the result of the ongoing volunteering efforts of Allan and Lori Waits. If you happen to see them around the pool, be sure to show your appreciation.

2023-05-30 - Garage Sale Friday and Saturday, Food Truck Sunday

Our neighborhood garage sale will be held this Friday and Saturday (June 2nd and 3rd). Be sure to purchase a permit from the city here if you plan on participating.

On Sunday, June 4th, we’re having a Food Truck Funday at the clubhouse. Come enjoy some great food, explore the pool and clubhouse, meet your new board members and say hello to fellow community members. Psycho Taco food truck will have food available for purchase from 5pm to 7pm. We hope to see you there!

2023-04-26 – Roofing Guidelines

With the recent hail, we’ve been getting a lot of questions on the requirements for roofing materials and colors. Roofing guidelines are determined by the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions established by the Developer.

For Phases I, III and IV, Section 5(b) of the applicable Declaration states “Roofs are to be of wood shingles, wood shakes, clay, tile or asphalt composition which is the color of weathered wood. Residence roofs shall have a minimum pitch of 8/12.”

For Phase II (Sonoma Gardens), Section 7.13(iii) of the applicable Declaration states that “No residence shall be roofed with any shingle [other] than 30 year laminated asphalt shingles in medium grey color.”
