2026-01-31 - HOA Dues Deadline

The deadline for payment for the first half of 2026 HOA dues was earlier this year. Delinquent dues restrict homeowners access to the clubhouse rental and pool passes.

2026-06-5&6 Neighborhood Garage Sale 

Our first neighborhood garage sale will be held on Friday and Saturday June 5th and 6th. Be sure to purchase a permit from the city here if you plan on participating.

2026-04-05 – Roofing Guidelines

With the recent storms, we’ve been getting a lot of questions on the requirements for roofing materials and colors. Roofing guidelines are determined by the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions established by the Developer.

For Phases I, III and IV, Section 5(b) of the applicable Declaration states “Roofs are to be of wood shingles, wood shakes, clay, tile or asphalt composition which is the color of weathered wood. Residence roofs shall have a minimum pitch of 8/12.”

For Phase II (Sonoma Gardens), Section 7.13(iii) of the applicable Declaration states that “No residence shall be roofed with any shingle [other] than 30 year laminated asphalt shingles in medium grey color.”
