The second phase of the road repairs (smaller crack repair, touch up on the big patch in the back, and the full surface seal) begins next week! The sealing has a longer cure time, so it will have to be completed in phases and portions of the road will be barricaded off each day.

Work is scheduled to take four days, aligned with the color coding of the picture to the left.

Yellow – Monday, 10/12

Red – Wednesday, 10/14

Green – Thursday, 10/15

Purple – Friday, 10/16

Streets and driveways within the colored areas will be fully inaccessible during their assigned days. If you need to travel during your assigned day, you must park your vehicle outside of your color to

maintain access. For example, homes within the yellow color zone must park their vehicles in the red, purple or green zones Sunday evening, so that work can occur Monday.

The Board will be monitoring vehicles in the evening to help ensure everyone stays out of the applicable project zones, but if you see a neighbor not following the schedule, please help keep them informed!
